Creating measures in customer insights

Hi, I'm trying to create a measure with the next atributes: the average purchase amount of the clients minus the average purchase amount in total. I'm having problems because when I try to rest these two measures one or another does not appear, and I think it is due the different dimension of these two measures, the first is at customer level and the second is at business level.

I have the same question (0)

If I understand the question correctly, you want to subtract Average Purchase Amount (record) by Average Purchase Amount (all) .  If you created an Average Purchase Amount All, it should show up as a Measure (make sure it is defined as a Business Measure). When you're using the Segment builder, make sure you select the Measures tab vs the Attributes tab, I think that's what's causing your issue. If that doesn't work you may need to use the SQL Measure builder

I have both of them created as different measures one in the customer_measure entitie and the other in a new entitie that was created when I did the measure of average pruchase amount (all)  , the problem is that it does not let me put both of them in the same measure to do the subtraction. I think because one is at customer measure and the other a business one.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Cristina:

You cannot use a Business Measure (average purchase amount in total) in the calculation of a Customer Measure or Customer Attribute through the UI. If you try to force it, it will tell you that you are missing the Customer Id field in the Business Measure.

Have you tried using the SQL interface to build it?
