
I am encountering an issue where external clients are seeing HTML code embedded in the body of an email sent directly from Dynamics. It is quite ugly. What can I do to stop this from happening?

How do these external clients open email? By open it directly in online website or in a local client such as Outlook or Windows Mail application?
Please also check whether HTML code had display samely in your sent email activities records,
and try to copy issued content with HTML code into HTML editor mode and send a test email again.
