Dear Experts,

Why master data in common is not being shown to one user, even i gave all the roles to home.

    Shabir,

    Did you assign the correct legal entity for the user? In your screenshot, the AX sessions in the background have the Legal entity "JAD", but the one in focus says "LIVE".

    In case the settings are correct, you might try to reset the usage data from User options form.

    Hi, is the same user able to see the data in any other legal entity? How did you get the data to new legal entity?

    In addition, can you check what has been modified in this form?

    The message ... 86 > MSG_GRIDISEMPTY does not look like a standard message.

    There is no modifiction on this form for all other users anything is ok. Just for this user.

    It seems to be security related issue but as you have mentioned that the user has all the roles and privileges.

    Can you try to delete and add the user again and see?

    Shabir,

    Did you try resetting the "usage data"? In case there are no customizations, persorming this action and restarting the client should resolve the issue.

    Shabir,

    Login using an admin account.

    Go to System admin > Users. Choose the User id and go to user options.

    Check if you can see the usage button there.
