Go to System admin > Users. Choose the User id and go to user options.

Can you reset the usage data from the usage data form?
After that, restart the client (from the user account facing the issue) and check if you can see the data now.

Did you try resetting the "usage data"? In case there are no customizations, persorming this action and restarting the client should resolve the issue.
It seems to be security related issue but as you have mentioned that the user has all the roles and privileges.
Can you try to delete and add the user again and see?
