In response to your query, we assume that you want the New Opportunity button to be hidden from the sub-grid. However, it should be noted that if you want to hide the New Opportunity button in one sub-grid, it will be hidden in all sub-grids as well.

Ribbon workbench tool can be used to show or hide the + New Opportunity button.

    Follow the below steps:

    1. Create solution & add Opportunity entity and publish it.

    2. Go to XRM Toolbox & open Ribbon Workbench tool.

    3. Open the solution which you created before.

    4. In Solution Element select Opportunity.

    5. In sub-grid find NEW {0} button, right click on it and select Hide.

    6. Now publish this.

After Publishing this Ribbon solution  New Opportunity button will be  hidden.

    Thanks!
