Hello, I am using Microsoft Dynamics Nav 6.2 Classic (32bit), installed on windows server 2008 R2, I have a problem in sending email from Navision, I always receive the error :"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client."

I checked my outlook and it's set as default mail client. I have Microsoft Professional Plus 2010, Outlook Version 14.0.4760.1000 (64-bit). I googled this error and non of the method (such as fixing the registry of outlook) could solve this error.

Any help please.

I Can't replace the 64bit with a 32bit, any idea to solve this problem in another way?

System requirements are system requirements ...

The first link was already answered by a support engineer and he did not provide any alternatives.

Someone in my office just had this problem with the same message popping up after every login.  The user had Office 2016 32-bit (O365) and CRM for Outlook 2016 add-in 32-bit installed on their Windows 7 x64 machine.

I ended up uninstalling both applications, and that is when I found the problem.  After a reboot following the uninstall, we were now seeing two messages after login (with slightly different wording).  I checked task manager -> processes and saw two installers running "CRMforOutlookinstaller.exe".  Have no idea why after uninstalling everything...  I checked the system's Startup Items by running 'msconfig' from the RUN menu in Windows and found two instances of this installer were set to run.  I then saw where they were, C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM and C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so I deleted both directories (since I was planning to reinstall the add-in later.  I rebooted again and no more messages.  We reinstalled Office 2016 and the add-in...all is well.

It seemed to be that the 64-bit "installer" was the problem, because we had 32-bit Office installed.  After uninstalling it, the 32-bit "installer" started to throw the same message.  My guess is, determine which version of Outlook you have installed, either 32-bit or 64-bit, and then track an see if you have any installers running at startup.  If so, pick the one that doesn't match your version of Outlook and kill it.
