hi, the scenario is we have to customize the details and an additional option of the charging station showing the distance away from the resource

Hi there,

Yes, we can custom this view which is called booking tooltip view. Details can be found indocs.microsoft.com/.../schedule-board-tab-settings.

It is suggested to copy the default view "Work Order Booking Map Tooltips View" and apply changes to the copy. Please see below is my custom view, which you may be aware that the created on, created by and currency fields were custom.

"Active Bookings" on Bookings entity view seem to be the default view used for this Details pane. You can

1. Configure another view to be used for this Details pane by configuring in Schedule board settings

(or)

2. Add the fields of your interest to "Active Bookings" view.

hi, the scenario is we have to add the details and field that stores the value of calculating path travel by resource of the charging station showing the distance away from the resource. As showing when we book work order and it's showing the distance between service address to a resource address

From what you are saying it seems to me that the charging location is a different location from the service location. To answer your question we need to understand more about the detail about the charging location and where it is stored. Is this the nearest vehicle charging location on the route to the service location? A different location depending on the asset? What exactly is it?

Is this the nearest vehicle charging location on the route to the service location- yes it's a kind of refiling station present on multiple locations if the resource is traveling in that direction then automatically path will be calculated and after the refilling station resource can move toward its service location. whenever a work order is been booked.
