Is there a way to only utilize a portion of the Fixed Asset Management in GP? Specifically the Payables Management.
Ideally we’d want to be able to track all the invoices that relate to an asset until it’s complete.

If you are only wanting to track assets which came over from payables management, you can use the Fixed Assets module for only those assets if you choose. Fixed Asset does not care what assets you enter or do not enter in. If an asset is entered, it will run depreciation based on that asset's setup.
If you are only putting in certain assets and doing depreciation of other assets outside of GP, be careful you do not overstate your GL or understate your GL by either missing or duplicating GL entries.
