Hello,

Is there a centralized location where we can add documents that contains standard procedures for different activities in the CRM Sales (Leads, opportunities, accounts...). Something that could be accessible to users to consult information.

Thanks

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We already use Sharepoint, but I think I wasn't clear on my question. I am looking for something that is not attached to a specific type such as leads, opportunities or accounts.

I am looking for a general space directly in the CRM to add general information for internal business procedures. Like some tips how to proceed with an opportunity for example and we don't want to add personnalized configurations.

    Thanks,

    Cat

    Hi,

You can use the SharePoint to save documents.
