Do you see any messages in the Event Viewer?
if that does not work, then it can be that some of the nav service program files were corrupted. so it can be needed that you have to remove the nav service, then reinstall it. for that follow:

if that also does not work, a complete nav reinstall could be needed (nav setup).
to prevent a new power blackout add an UPS to your server infrastructure
remove the according job queue and corresponding job queue entries, restart the nav service, create a new job with job queue entries, restart the nav service, try again. also check if there is an entry for the these nav objects in the object metadata table and remove them if there are ones.
Really would appreciate if an expert can spare me some of his time so we can look at this issue together using share screen. I would also appreciate mentorship. Please interested respond to this thanks.
Please send the screen shots of Job Queue and your LS Jobs (Timing details).

NAS Server on NAV usually doesn't stops, but it's not like a full proof solution that if you are running a Job on NAS it will never stop. There could always be an unknown error. I will recommend to enable a mail transmission if your Job Stops or too even if your Job is facing an error.
