Can´t restart AOS service

Hi,

Im new in Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012). I had some problems and decided to stop the service and restart it, but now its stuck and it does not end or let me restar it. Any suggestions?

    When you restart AOS service it removes all temporary tables in the DB and it may take a while, sometimes more than 1h.     Have a look in the Event Viewer, the AOS reports there what its doing.
