Hi all,
I have been experimenting with the WhatsApp integration for Omnichannel (currently in preview), and it seems that the settings for allowing attachments in chats is missing for me when viewing the WA number in Omnichannel. The general settings tab as per the docs page is missing all together.
I know it's still in preview, but maybe somehow has a suggestions?
A side note on why I want to enable attachments: I am trying to see whether user authentication with a chatbot will work via WhatsApp. I wasn't able to get it working as of nowas the link for authenticating is only posted during testing in PVA and not via WA. My hope is that allowing attachments might solve this.

As per the document, you should be able to see the General Settings. Please see if the prerequisites are applied.
Not sure if this will serve your purpose, there is a Twilio WhatsApp adapter (Beta)
