Creating alert for sales order lines

Hello

Sometimes I have sales order with many lines and each of them has a different delivery date. Does anybody know how to create an alert when single SO line has been delivered?

HI,

You can achieve this, follow below steps.

Note- from the sales order page, you cant achieve this for sure, because there you dont get line level alert fields.

SOOOOO- Navigate to Inquiries and reports and Orders- Backorder Lines

Here, you can create alert rules with sales order lines, I have added screen shots for you.
