Hello Everyone,
I am facing an issue while tracking the appointments using dynamics 365 App for Outlook.
When i try the tracking for emails and meetings, it works fine but for appointments the app lags for more than 20 min and the status still shows "Track Pending", sometimes it gets failed after long time.
This issue is faced by many of my users and the issue exist only in Production instance. It works fine in lower environments.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
