How to reset my portal

Hi,

I have been exploring power portals in my SANDBOX environment and I have provisioned the customer service app portal as I am using (and have customized) the customer service app in dynamics 365. However, I think it is not necessary for me to have a complex portal I only need to create a portal from blank for external users to fill in a couple of forms and so I deleted the portal with the idea to creating a new portal from blank. However when I do this and then create a new portal I just get the same old edited portal back up again. How do I start fresh?

Also when I have completed my portal in the sandbox how difficult is it to move it over to my production environment?

PS Can you recommend anyone who will do ad-hoc training and support on portals in the UK?

Sorry I don't have any contacts within the UK for training. You can always use the Microsoft Learning - docs.microsoft.com/.../ not the most extensive but good to get you started.
