Issue with compose email

Hi Community,
 
I have an issue when I compose an email and I try to select the contact to send, the system starts running and the state working on it does not finish. therefore, I need to close the window.
 
Do you know, what is happening? I would appreciate it.

    I have done the exercise in version 23.5 and 24 and I do not have this behavior. Could it be that there is an extension installed?

    Yes, I have an installed extension but I tested with Sandbox Cronus USA and have the same issue.

    Hi, I have reproduced the same issue on my demo environment.
    Can you show us the version of your business central. Please try to update the business central to the latest version to see if it can help.

    I have the same problem. I created a new sandbox without any extensions and it just doesnt work anymore.
    The overall performance is actually really bad, the sandbox is almost unusable right now.
