Hello,
I've been setting up email engagement for the environment. After turning ON the toggle, email engagement appeared and started working as expected for the first few email activities.
After a while and few test cases - this appears as an issue:
Though OData request it comes up even more confusing:
So every place has different values.
Is there a way to figure out how data is collected and presented? And how this tracking can be sorted out to show right output in the main view?
