Is it possible to send an email to multiple applicants in Talent?
Examples:
- Sending an email to multiple applicants to provide an update on the recruitment process
- Sending an email to a talent pool to let them know of new opportunities

Currently, the OOB function in attract does not support sending emails to multiple candidates.
You need to email candidates individually for updates during the hiring process.
The job matching and recommendation features only exist in the attract version with an intelligent recommendation feature, which can only be viewed from the recommendation card. docs.microsoft.com/.../intelligent-recommendations

it is possible to send an email to multiple candidates if you are using the PowerApps Workflows and maybe a small model-driven app.
