What is GL?
Dear Luis,
In short to fix such issues, you need to make sure of below setup
1. GL period open
2. Item has item group setup
3. Item group has ledger setup
4. GL account setup in ledger setup is linked with correct account structure and that should be active

I found an account structure set up that has 113101..113103, does this include my 113101 account?

Inventory account is a balance sheet account so it should be added to balance sheet account structure. Discuss with your customer/business and add it to account structure accordingly.
My main account is 11301, but I see that it is not in my account structures, which one should I add it to?
Activo=Active, cliente=Client, cliente-proyecto=Client-Project, cuenta puente=Bridge Account, empleado-proyecto=Employee-Project, gastos pagados por adelantado=Prepaid Expenses, proyecto=Project, Tercero=Third, Tercero-Empleado-proyecto=Third-Employee-Project, tercero-proyecto=Third-Project.
