Dynamics Marketing E-Mail set regarding

Hey,

is it possible to attach the send marketing e-mail interaction activity to other entities on their timeline?

We are currently sending out marketing e-mails with a survey to contacts from opportunities, yet it would be great to see the interactions also on the opportunity entity and not only at the contact level. Is this possible somehow?

    Hi,

    I am afraid it is not available for now.

    Timeline is a control which can be added to the form of an entity. It depicts the related activities for that particular entity record.

    Data of marketing e-mails in timeline is being managed by the platform only, so it is unworkable to add marketing e-mail interaction activity in other entities’ timelines.

    You can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.  

    Ideas (dynamics.com) 

    Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
