How to enable "Publish" in "Open in EXCEL"

Hi All

I created a customization table with some fields. I used this table to create a DataEntity. Then in my customization form, I can download my table with function "OPEN IN EXCEL".

However, when I open it and edit some data, I found my Publish is unable.

Did I miss anything?
