Hi, I'm currently trying to make custom word templates to be able to export case details in a readable way. One thing I'd like to add is the timeline. Portal Comments, emails, notes, etc... This would show the history of the case as it was worked. However... I don't see a way to aggregate all these fields into a word document, especially not in any sort of chronological order.
Currently, we can't add timeline control in the word template directly.
In fact, all records in the timeline are child records from different entities (email, notes ......) , so you can add these records to the word template individually by different entities.
--Selecting all child entities you need:
--When setting child records in the word template, set the content control field to repeat.
