Hello,

I started customizing the schedule board. I have a requirement which I couldn't solve. May be someone could help me.

When scheduling an unscheduled work order with the assistant the travel time is attached to the promised start time. For example the start time attached at the work order is 07:00 pm - after scheduling the work order the estimated travel time starts at 06:30. Is it possible to change scheduling that the start time of the work order is also the start of the travel time?

    Have you tried this: click the gear right of the Schedule Board tab name => go to section "Schedule Assistant" => change the attribute "Book Based On" from "Estimated Arrival" to "Start of Travel" => click "Apply"?

    I tried that.

    This changes the behavior prior booking the Work order. With "Estimated Arrival" activated, the time line for the suggested ressources start with the promissed start time and adds the travel time afterwards. Is the status "Start of Travel" the suggested time line already starts with the added travel time. With both options the travel start time is prior the promissed start time of the work order.
