Contact email linking to several accounts

Hi Everyone. 

We have encountered a challenge in one of our customer's dynamics system.  One contact is linked to more than one account by mail. 

This Contact is a customer in itself as well as being the representative for multiple different Accounts also in the system. 

The trouble is that this contacts private mail's is automatically linked towards all the other accounts as well as the contact itself. And appears in the timeline of the Accounts. 

Any suggestion on how to prevent this from happening?

    "One contact is linked to more than one account by mail." - Can you provide a screenshot on it?
