I am looking to create an automated business process flow that triggers when an Opportunity with specific criteria is Closed as Lost. We have a custom field in the Opportunity entity called "Bid Management" and if we have any Opportunity with this field set to "Yes" that is subsequently set as "Lost" status, I would like the system to trigger the creation of a new Lead with (if possible) a specific follow up dated task also created so we can reconnect with the Customer at a later date to explore follow on complementary sales potential. Can I use Power Automate to do this or perhaps the standard "Business Rules" functionality from within the Advanced Settings/Solutions" menu?
Any advice would be welcome
