Does anyone have a more detailed information about this feature ?  Where is it visible - is there any new menu items ? Is this an admin task or is this the submitter that can do the action ? How is this different from RECALL ?

other than standard Microsoft documentation is there anyone who worked on this setup and can provide sceenshots.

Regards,
AJ

    Hi,
You can refer to this official document: What's new or changed in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management 10.0.20 (August 2021) - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This feature is included in release 10.0.20 August 2021. Enabling resetting procurement related workflows allows you to reset the following workflows to draft status: Purchase Order, Vendor Change, and Purchase Requisitions.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

Enable resetting procurement related workflows-How this feature works
    Hi Community user,

This feature will allow you to recall (reset) workflows with the status Unrecoverable. Next to procurement, there are other features to enable resetting workflows for other modules.
You can go to the form Workflow history. Then set the filter to unrecoverable. In case there are records, the recall/reset button will be enabled in case it is a procurement workflow and the feature is enabled. This feature covers purchase order workflows, purchase requisitions and vendor changes. After recalling the workflow, you can resubmit to restart the workflow.

A system administrator is able to perform this task as well the information technology manager in case he also has menu item permissions on the Cancel menu item action of the workflow. For more information on the related menu item, you can read my blog about workflow security: Workflow security in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Dynamicspedia
