Hi,
We have a requirement as such that we need complete NAV 2017 to be available in Arabic as well as in English.
I tried the below blog for reference

but the Data service has been expired and service is no longer available.

is there any alternative solution for this?

There are at least two providers that I have come across recently who claim to have Arabic localization and translation for NAV:
Dynamics Link (https://dynamicslink.com/)
and
Naviworld Egypt (http://www.naviworld.com/)
