For Shipment Address Assigning Issue on Sales Order

Hi all,

We have done a order integration using GP Econnect,For one order its receiving all essentials needs of address,Its a new address so its going to address creation process in GP and also its successufully created address and order too,but that address not assigned to shipping address in corresponding order,The address which contains LOCNCODE,SHIPMTHD too,but it doest get automatically assigned,Can any one know the reason "why the address not assigned to an order"?
