Hi all! I'm new to Dynamics and am trying to help a client out. They have a custom PHP form that they've been using, it used to be integrated with Hubspot but they've switched over to Dynamics CRM now. They'd like to keep the form and have the data flow into a form in Dynamics, but I'm not quite sure how to go about doing that. I'm looking for some guidance on where to even start. So if anyone can help, that would be amazing!!\
You can see the form here: http://anexinet.com/disaster-recovery-assessment/form.php
Thanks,
Britt
Hi Brittio55,
Dynamics 365 Marketing has the full support of capturing submission from externally created forms. Please check guidance here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/embed-forms#use-form-capture-to-integrate-a-form-created-externally
Hope this helps

Thank you so much!!
