Why can't I see the drop down to manage an account?

I have installed the Office 365 Groups solution and configured it to create Office 365 Groups for accounts, but not to auto-create them. I have been following this article, but when I try to follow the instructions for creating a group, I do not see a dropdown.

Here is the picture they provide:

I do not see a clickable drop down. I see:

My only thought on what the cause is that Dynamics has been updated and the drop down has been taken away. If this is the case, where can I access this drop down now?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You see different tabs on form. navigate to Related tab and you will see what you are looking for.

This is new UCI UI and navigation has changed from previous version web client UI.

    Hi,

You are comparing two different interfaces the legacy Web Client and the new Unified Client interface.

Note that the new Unified Client Interface is not meant to be a replacement of the legacy Web Client.

UCI is a new interface and not only the site navigation but some customization's or processes may need to be handled differently but in theory almost everything you are used to do on Web Client is also performed on UCI in a very similar way.

UCI was also developed to be compatible and used in mobile environments as well.

In addition legacy Web Client will cease to exist on December 1, 2020. All customers are expected to migrate their environments and use UCI until that date.

Like Bipin very well mentioned, you can find that entity "Office 365 Groups" on the "Related" tab.
