Newly Created Item Class not showing in Lookup

Good Day,

I have a user that recently created an item class that is not populating in the Item Class setup window. I can see the classes in the SQL table IV40400. Is there some setting the user missed or is this due to something at the company level?

Hi Guys,

Figured it out. It is the multi-entity settings. Needed to disable Item Security. I can see all classes now.
