What happened to the GP forum? I can't even do a simple search - no results show up here.
What type of information are you looking for? I have found sometimes that when you get extremely specific the search engine can be fooled. Try to be a bit more generic and as you find something, dig a bit deeper.
Also if you are searching for an error message, you might just post the entire error message to the community and see what others reply with at that point.
Know this is not the answer you are looking for, but I know from my side, to much detail at the beginning is often not the best start.
Barb, I think I have encountered the same problem you have noted above. In my response I did so prior to testing. Now I can agree 100% that the search feature seems to be broken. If I type more than a single word it replies with 'nothing found' - a single word does find something but almost useless.
Sorry for 'lecture on using Search' now I know what you are talking about.

I even tried some common searches like "Batch is being edited" and still no luck. I logged my question on a separate ticket since I can't search and it shows up in the list, but not in a search.
HI Barb, I just tried the search again - entered 'report not found' and got some results.
Give it a try - something has changed.
