India Tax - How to find Tax lookup version id against name

Hi,

How to find out the lookup version name, for example i have tax lookup version id, I need to find that lookup version id against name like CGST or SGST or ISGT .

Lookup version id is available in TaxRuntimeLookupCondition table and Name field available in TaxRuntimeDocComponent or TaxRuntimeComponent table.

what is the relation between these two tables?

Can you please suggest me.
