Availability of Town Hall Events in Customer Insights Journeys

Hello Community,

I'm reaching out to inquire about the future availability of Town Hall Events in Customer Insights Journeys. As many of you might be aware, live events are set to be discontinued in September 2024. Given this change, I'm interested in understanding how Town Hall Events will be integrated into Customer Insights Journeys moving forward.

Will there be a new feature or integration available to facilitate these types of events within the platform?

Hi,

There is currently no mention of future availability of Town Hall Events in Customer Insights Journeys in the official release plan.

Microsoft has been making continuous improvements to the Customer Insights - Journeys.

Please be patient and keep following the official release plans, as an update to this feature may be released in a subsequent release plan.
