Manage recruiting processes - Only for the Finance Infrastructure?

Dear Community, hello!

I am presenting the HR stand-alone application to a customer that is heavily interested in the recruiting process, but according to the official Docs, this is only available in the Finance App - See Manage recruiting processes - Human Resources | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs where it is stated: "The functionality noted in this topic is currently available for Human Resources customers on the Finance infrastructure."

So my questions are:

Will this functionality be also available in the future for the HR stand-alone app? (if Yes, I think, I can present it to the customer)
If not, what is the reason for not including this in the stand-alone app? (is it maybe because will be a better/distinct recruiting process?)

I will check the docs, again. From the answer, I assume then that the recruiting process in F&O is different from the HR stand-alone app, at least in this specific point.

Ok. I hope this can help in the future to newcomers on Dynamics HR. This app is moving to a shared infrastructure with Finance and Ops.

I Cite: "All the modules from Dynamics 365 Human Resources will work as-is in Finance and Operations apps, and there will be 100-percent feature parity."

Looks like the text you quote has been removed at some point in the last 6 months: sure there are many people who've identified features that impact that 100-percent target.

Yes, the infrastructure is merging, and the stand-alone application will be available as D365 Finance & Operations HR module.

Hi Hugo,

If you have latest update in D365 F&O, then you must see the same functionality available as you see in D365 HR. I guess you are missing some feature updates. Please check the feature and update accordingly.
