Can you try running the setup with "Add rule to firewall" = No, in the server part configuration?

Hi, can you please post the content of the file "C:\Users\ADMINI~1.BCI\AppData\Local\Temp\1\setup.wix.msi.2.log", which should contain additional information regarding the problem?
I noticed you are running the install from a network location ("\\bcid-ebook\NAVInstall"), I suggest to copy the installation directory on the local machine and launch the autorun, with "Run as administrator" option, from there.
