Failed to import the solution into CRM

Hi,

I opened my d365fo dev VM

I installed power platform CLI

I ran those two commands in power shell
pac auth create --environment https://xxxx.crm4.dynamics.com --deviceCode     
pac package deploy --environment https://xxxxxx.crm4.dynamics.com --package /C://Users//Adminxxxx//Downloads//xxx//xxx//xxx//xxx.zip/ --logFile /C:/emp//logfile.txt/

the last command resulted in this error:
Error: Failed to import the solution into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Verify the state of the solution in CRM. Rerunning this tool may correct the state. **/xxx - xx
