I have some sales orders in which all the lines of SO are invoiced but SalesTable's Sales Status is still showing "Open Order".
I checked the Line quantity, there is no delivery reminder for any line.
Please help to solve this issue, as this is very urgent, these open sales order is showing in our report.

I cannot replicate this issue with the new orders, so debugging is not an option.
Regarding the customization, I will check with my developers.
I noticed that the order after generating the packing slip does not indicate the delivered status. Could that be the reason?
Are you able to repro same issue with new orders constantly?
If you are sure there is not relevant customization causing this, then probably a product bug, I'd suggest you to raise a support ticket to Microsoft for assistance.
