i am trying to install dynamic 365 sales application in m online instance but i am getting error (Solution installation failed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.).

Hi Altaf,

In the Administration Center portal, click on the Applications tab.

Check if there is a Sales application, and if so, install it.

There are several different portals these days. I would raise the question to Microsoft. Did you go to Make.powerapps.com and see if you can install from there?
