Remove the paging size for Dynamics portal lookup within a single entity form

I have to dynamically filter a lookup module within an entity form based on a field within the form.  I have the filtering working but of course now the pagination is off within the lookup module.  Is there a way to turn off pagination for a SINGLE lookup module? 

I know the whole site can be modified via Site Settings (Portal/Lookup/Modal/Grid/PageSize) but that is the not the effect I want to achieve.
