CRM 365 - Automatically Remove Items Out Of A Queue

Does anyone know how to create a way in which when a lead is in the <Sales Team> queue and a user double clicks onto the lead and assigns it to themselves, it will automatically remove it out of the items available to work on?

Our sales team work quick, so it's ideal for this to work. This used to work absolutely fine until we had a recent CRM upgrade.

I have the same question (0)

Is there any "Pick" button on the queue view after CRM upgrade? If so, you may change your work process a little bit. You can select an item and click "Queue Item Details" button to see detail on the same page. If you want to assign selected item(s) to yourself, you can click "Pick" and follow the dialog.

    Hi,

We do have that option, which when we pick & remove from the queue we're unsure of where to find that item. We need it removing from the queue to stop other sales members from choosing the same item however.

It would be beneficial if this would open the relevant lead for them to work on as they just work on a constant thing of assigning, calling and back to the queue.

Item would be removed from queue if picked. The picked item can be found in "Items I am working on" view.

If you want the item back to the queue, just click "Release" button.

Thank you, for some reason those items aren't showing in our items I'm working on. How can we get those items to show or is there any other way we can find them?

We just need the quickest and easiest way to work for our sales team

Have you checked th "Edit filters" button on "I am working on" view? Is there any conditions? Can you find this queue item in advance find?

Our edit filter criteria states status equals active & worked by equals current user.

Once we've picked the items, shouldn't this change the worked by to the relevant user who picked it?
