Need to create a welcome letter to new customers in d365 finance

Hello, I am tring to see if D365 creates a welcome templete for when you have new customers and vendors. That you can send by email to confirm their information and welcome them abord your company.

Hello SJacobs,

The OOB feature can not do that. The alert feature just sends to the specific user with fixed message.

Please try to use Microsoft Flow to achieve the requirement.
