Error: The VAT Posting Setup does not exist.

Hellow, 
 
I have added VAT Business posting group  and VAT product posting group then I combined them in VAT posting setup. When I select VAT business posting group during creating sales invoice it shows me following error. 
 
The VAT Posting Setup does not exist. Identification fields and values: VAT Bus. Posting Group='DOMESTIC',VAT Prod. Posting Group='MWST.7'

 

Please let me know where I am wrong.
