My Client wants to Rename the one of 3 legal entities which is being used for 2 years, I wish to know what impacts will be there if I change the name.

I dont see any major impact on the renaming of LE unless you are changing the LE code by the code from backend.

If the legal entity is created as customer or vendor, they will be modified also (i.e. name for the part is associated to vendor and customer name).
I addition, please make sure that on Ledger setup that "Description" field is updated with company name (i.e. after the modification)
Are you talking about LE Code or description? If its description then there should not be any impact other than if you have any legal document printed with old name (Invoices and you reprint them) and if its Code then you should analyse because it is getting stored in all transactions

It is just renaming of LE not code change

LE is created as organization not Customer/Vendor.
it is just LE description, not code.
You may change the description but the printed documents may have the new LE name.
