In my production environment I am attempting to create a new Warehouse management Worker record but after I select the user name and press the save button I get the reported error. I am able to create other Worker records, it's only this one that seems to be an issue.
By using the Table Browser URL I can see that a record for worker xxxx xxxx exists in the WHSWorker table but that same record is not visible in the corresponding client form. I suspect that the record was created during a previous attempt to create the Worker record but was then not successfully deleted.
From reading other threads on similar subjects I also attempted to check the Number Sequence for this entity but can't find it (don't know what to look for) and so am not able to confirm if this is an issue or not.
How can I create a Warehouse Worker record when an orphaned record already exists?
How can I delete a record from the (production) table if I can't see it in the client?
Cannot create a record in Worker (WHSWorker). Worker xxxx xxxx, 14272. The record already exists.
Thanks for your response to my call for help, but rather embarrassingly I think I now know the answer to my question - partially due to your help.
I went back into my production environment to check the validFrom and validTo fields as you suggest and in doing so I noticed that the worker record I was trying to create did already exist as a record. My earlier statement of "the same record is not visible in the corresponding client form" was inaccurate.
My apologies for wasting your time but you did help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Could it be an inactive worker, that's why you can't see it? check the vaildFrom and validTo fields
