When I login to server as Administrator then it works. If normal user then this problem comes. This is coming only in this report . Other reports i installed they are working

If you can import it with a different ID and it works, why not using that ID? :)
However, it's difficult to see what could be the problem, normally this is due to medatata. You can also try to import the report (with the ID you want to replace) as TXT format. In this way, you'll replace the existing one. After this import, you need to compile the object (TXT is not automatically compiled).

I have tried that . I have made this report on some other computer it works fine there . When i install it on server there it gives problem. If New Id is given then it works. I have tried deleting exiting report on server but then also it is not working.

Try delete the report that you want to overwrite, than save the new report with the ID of the deleted one. Maybe it's only a metadata problem.

What do you mean? If you save a report with ID = XX it works, but if you try to save it with an existing ID (overwriting another object) it doesn't work?

When i give some other ID report works fine . But when i try to overwrite existing report then it gives the error

Recompile the object via Object Designer (press F11 on it). If it crash again, I suspect there's something wrong in your code (for example an infinite loop or something like that).
