I'm trying to run a flow in Field Service mobile but it is only stuck with the Please Wait message. It runs fine if I run it on a desktop browser but not on my mobile device/Field Service mobile app.

Please clarify the scenario a little more:
Are you trying to trigger the flow based on an event in the mobile app, or via in app commanding or other user-initiated method?
Is the trigger even for the flow the same on browser as on mobile?
Are you running the app in Offline mode or Online mode? Do you see differences there?
