POST button on Project Invoice Proposal is greyed out

HI everyone,

I have an issue with a client when they want to post Project invoice proposals but the post button is greyed out. Please assist.

The status of the invoice proposal line is Open

Hi Alexio,

The screenprint does not really help.

Can you let us know whether there is a workflow setup that needs to be completed before the transaction can be posted?

Does your user have sufficient rights to see and initiate this workflow?

Hi Ludwig thanks for your response.

There is not workflow, but when the proposals where created there was a workflow which was deleted. None of proposals had been submitted to the workflow.

I have sufficient rights

Hi Alexio,

It's greyed out because, when the proposal was created it was supposed to use workflow, and after you have disabled the workflow. In this scenario, you have only one option.

Delete the proposal and create a new one and Post it.

Hi Alexio,

I don't know how you were able to delete a workflow but please try to double check that the parameter that Osman mentioned is turned off. If this is ensured, try to start all over again by deleting the proposal and creating a new one as Gaurangkumar mentioned.
