Unable to Edit Report Layout in NAV 2017

When I click on the Edit Layout in NAV I receive the following error message:

A call to System.Diagnostics.FileVersionInfo.GetVersionInfo failed with this message: C:\Program Files (x86)\Micrsoft SQL Server\Report Builder\MSReportBuilder.exe

Please check if you have installed report builder from correct version.

you can re install it from Pre Requisites folder of DVD
