We now have two companies in GP.  When we were setting up the new company in GP, the fiscal year for the new company was labeled incorrectly as 2019.  The other company is 2020 for the same period of time, July 2019 to September 2020.  There was also a change in our fiscal year.  An additional three months was added to the fiscal year to compound the issue.  When I try to run a consolidated report (either for fiscal year 2020 or fiscal year 2019), it gives me an error message indicating that the company does not have  a 15 month period.  

Is there any way I can run a consolidated report for this fiscal year?

    8/23/2021 1:38 PM Period 15 for fiscal year 2020 is not valid for company ATA College Tulsa. No data will be returned for this company.

    The fiscal year was hard coded into the column description for each of the two companies and the reporting unit restriction was updated.

    The above  message is still being received.   There is no fiscal year 2020 for ATA Tulsa.  The fiscal year that was labeled as 2019 for Tulsa was really 2020.  Fiscal Year 2021 was entered correctly for both schools, so there was no 2020 for Tulsa.

    Hi Ellen,

    There is a blog that discuss how to create a consolidated report for two companies with different fiscal periods.

    Basically, you'll create a column for each company and hard code the period and year.  Then use the Reporting Unit restriction to restrict the column to its respective unit of the tree.
