Edit button missing on Sales Table

Last week I got some reports saying users don't have their edit button on the Sales table, nothing seems to have changed and all the permissions are correct. They're still able to edit the sales order if they press the edit button from the Sales ListPage, or if they're in the sales order and use the edit shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+E). The only people who do have the edit button are administrators.

Everything seems the same in the Dev environment and it works there. The quickest solution would probably be copying over Dev to Live (or at least the salestable information) but that doesn't tell me what is wrong, does anyone have any ideas or have experienced this?

Is it only for some users?

Have you tried resetting the user settings?

It is possible to right click and hide the buttons. Maybe try unhiding it?

You can set the form to always be in edit mode by setting up the window settings.

It's for every user that is apart of the Sales roles (The only people who would have access to this)

I've reset the usage data and cleared the cache for the users, that didn't make a difference.

There is no way to hide the button that I'm aware of, setting the form to always edit might be a temporary solution I'll look in to.

It's just interesting that even though the edit button is gone, they can still edit it if they use the shortcut, or press edit on the screen before and it opens the sales order in edit mode.

Did you find a solution this this? I'm having the same problem.
